All rooms are non-smoking. (Room 9'x15, attached bathroom 5'x7' = 170 sq feet).  **Queen Dlx (room 229) on 2nd floor is larger than a standard queen room and has all features listed above plus sitting table under the window, vintage make-up mirror, iron and ironing board. (Room 15'x13', attached bathroom 5'x7'. = 210 sq feet)   **Please note: if you are sensitive to noise, room 120 is the room closest to the lobby and directly underneath the stairs. It would be better to select another room or opt for a room on the 2nd floor.**

Standard double rooms: 2 beds with Simmons plush-top mattresses, flat-screen smart TV, free cable & high-speed wireless internet, in-room heat/AC temp control, black-out drapes, refrigerator, coffee maker with all the fixings, box fan, hair dryer, original 1950s Simmons furniture, private bath/shower.(Room 12'x15'. Bathroom 5'x7' = 215 sq feet).

1st floor/ground floor: two full beds: room 121 / one full and one queen bed: 123, 125, 127 

2nd floor (no elevator) two full beds: room 230 and 236 (236 adjoins to room 237) / one full and one queen bed: 232

Standard King Room 234 (2nd floor): One King-sized bed with Simmons plush-top mattress, flat-screen smart-tv with free cable, free high-speed wireless internet, in-room heat/AC temp control, black-out drapes, sitting table with chairs, dressing table with lighted make-up mirror, coffee maker with coffee and all the fixin's, refrigerator, box fan, full length mirror, classic 1950s Simmons furniture (lounge chair, desk w/ chair, nightstand set), private bath w/ tub/shower combo (Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash dispenser in shower, hand soap dispenser by sink), hair dryer, iron and ironing board, closet with hangers, luggage rack, alarm clock, phone (local calls only).  (Room is 13x15, bathroom 5x7 = 230 sq feet)

King Deluxe (Room 237): 2nd floor room with one king-sized bed with Simmons plush-top mattress, in-room kitchenette with sink, microwave, coffee maker with all the fixings, wine glasses and wine opener, refrigerator, large flat-screen smart TV, free basic cable & high-speed wireless internet, in-room heat/AC temp control, black-out drapes, box fan, full length mirror, lighted make-up mirror, classic 1950s Simmons furniture, private bath/shower, sitting table, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. This is our largest room (15'x14' with 5'x7' bath = 250 sq feet) affectionately known as the "Elvis Room" though Elvis did not actually ever stay here as far as we know. :)  Adjoins to room 236 which is a room with 2 full-sized beds (if desired).
